# FinSuite pricing

- Prices exclude VAT; Slovak businesses pay 23 % VAT on top. Czech businesses pay in CZK, and with a VIES-valid VAT number without VAT (reverse charge).
- A document = one successfully read invoice, receipt or e-invoice; failed reads and duplicates don’t count. Uploads stop at 110 % of the monthly allowance; upgrade any time.
- Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the paid period.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a card for the trial?

No. You get 30 days and 100 documents free without a card. If the trial ends and you don’t pick a plan, nothing is charged: the company turns read-only and your data is kept.

### What counts as a document?

Each successfully read invoice, receipt or e-invoice, whatever its page count. A document FinSuite fails to read doesn’t count, nor does re-uploading the same file or reading it again.

### How much is one document?

On Start €0.32, on Business €0.17 excl. VAT. If retyping one invoice takes you three minutes, 40 documents are two hours of work a month.

### What if I run out of documents before the month ends?

You can upload up to 110 % of the allowance, then FinSuite asks you to upgrade. The change applies at once and you pay only the prorated difference.

### How does the founders’ discount work?

Every subscription ordered by 31 March 2027 gets −30 % for its first 12 months. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code.

### Do prices include VAT?

No, prices exclude VAT. Slovak businesses add 23 % VAT, which VAT payers deduct. The invoice for the subscription arrives by e-mail.

### Can I cancel?

Yes, any time in the app. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period, then nothing more is charged.
