# POHODA: import received invoices from PDFs and receipts via mServer

POHODA imports received invoices from XML, but someone has to retype them from a PDF or a receipt photo. FinSuite reads the document and prepares it for POHODA mServer, Stormware’s official XML interface.

Saving to POHODA is still being finished. Reading, review and export work today; when you sign up you see the exact status.

## What FinSuite saves

- the received invoice with supplier, dates, amounts and VAT by rate (XML dataPack)
- attach the PDF in POHODA yourself: the XML interface carries no attachments

## How to connect

1. In POHODA, open the Účetní jednotky agenda → Databáze menu → POHODA mServer → Nový.
2. On the Základní tab pick the accounting unit and port; on the HTTPS tab turn on the encrypted connection.
3. Start mServer with Spustit. POHODA has to be running when FinSuite saves documents.
4. Give the FinSuite user the XML communication rights and have mServer made reachable from the internet (HTTPS, VPN or the Stormware HTTP connector).

What you need: POHODA with mServer, running and reachable from the internet over HTTPS. The document’s data goes over XML; attach its PDF in POHODA yourself.
