# FLOWii: received invoices and receipts as expenses, without retyping

> FinSuite reads the supplier, amounts and VAT from invoices and receipts and writes them to FLOWii with a FLOWii REST API key. The connection is being finished with the vendor.

Status: saving is being finished with the vendor · Market: SK · Vendor: Flowii

Received invoices and receipts usually get retyped into FLOWii by hand. FinSuite reads them, you check the details next to the preview, and the expense is written to FLOWii with a FLOWii REST API key.

Saving to FLOWii is still being finished with the vendor. Reading, review and duplicate warnings work today; when you sign up you see the exact status.

## What FinSuite saves

- the received invoice or expense with supplier, dates, amounts and VAT by rate
- the document PDF as an attachment where the vendor’s interface allows it
- the payment once matched with the bank

## How to connect

1. In FLOWii open Nastavenia → Rozšírenia → API → Nové FLOWii REST API.
2. Copy the API key.
3. Enter it here with your FLOWii login e-mail and password. You’ll pick the company next.

What you need: In FLOWii the API needs a paid licence (not the Free plan).
