# KROS Alfa: received documents without retyping, through Digitálna kancelária

ALFA plus has no public API, so FinSuite uses the route KROS itself recommends: every reviewed document goes as a PDF to your KROS Digitálna kancelária, and ALFA plus imports it from there.

You collect documents in one place; FinSuite flags duplicates and unreadable scans before they reach your accountant.

## What FinSuite saves

- the PDF of every reviewed document to the received-invoice inbox in Digitálna kancelária
- the import in ALFA plus through Digitálna kancelária

## How to connect

1. Log in to KROS Digitálna kancelária and pick the company.
2. Open Nastavenia (the gear icon) → Spracovanie dokladov.
3. Copy the e-mail address for received invoices and paste it here.
4. In ALFA plus you then load them from Digitálna kancelária.

What you need: ALFA plus has no public API. We send documents through KROS Digitálna kancelária, which you’ll need (a paid KROS service).

We send every reviewed document as a PDF to this address. KROS reads it and prepares it for import.
