# Cookie policy

## 1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a site. FinSuite today uses only cookies strictly necessary for the website and app to work — no analytics or advertising cookies and no third-party measurement tools.

## 2. Cookies on the website

## 3. Cookies in the app

The app also keeps an unfinished company setup (for at most an hour) and short notices between pages in the browser’s storage for the open tab. They are removed when the tab is closed.

## 4. Third-party services

When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, approve a connection with a software vendor or pay the subscription through Stripe, you go to their pages, which use their own cookies under their own policies.

## 5. Consent and settings

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. On your first visit to the website, the banner lets you choose whether to allow optional categories (preferences, analytics, marketing) — “Reject all” is as easy as “Accept all”. We use no optional cookies today; if we add any, they load only with your consent and we update this page in advance.

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the website footer. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; without the __Host-halier_session cookie, however, you cannot sign in to the app.
