# FinSuite — invoices and receipts, straight into your books

> FinSuite is a web app for businesses and accountants in Slovakia and Czechia. It reads the supplier, amounts and VAT from uploaded invoices and receipts and, once you confirm, saves them as expenses in your invoicing or accounting software.

## How it works

1. Upload a document — a PDF, a receipt photo from your phone, an ISDOC e-invoice or an eFaktúra (Peppol XML), dozens at once.
2. FinSuite reads the supplier, company ID, dates, amounts, VAT rates and payment reference; completes the supplier from the register and converts foreign currency at the ECB rate.
3. You check the details next to the document preview; FinSuite flags likely duplicates.
4. Once confirmed, the expense is saved with its PDF attachment in your software.
5. Bank payments are matched to documents and marked as paid.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which software does FinSuite work with?

Today it saves to SuperFaktúra, KROS Omega and Alfa. For Pohoda, Money S3, Money S4 / S5, Fakturoid, iDoklad, Flowii and ABRA Flexi we’re finishing the saving with each vendor — when you sign up, you see the exact status of each.

### What do I need to connect?

Usually an API key from your software’s settings. Some products only offer it on a higher plan or with an add-on — when you sign up, we show you step by step where to find it.

### Which documents can I upload?

PDF invoices, receipt photos from your phone (JPG, PNG) and ISDOC e-invoices — dozens at once. FinSuite also reads eFaktúra e-invoices (Peppol XML), which VAT payers will send from 2027: just upload the XML file you receive.

### What if FinSuite reads something wrong?

Before saving you see every document next to its preview and can fix any detail. Nothing is written without your confirmation.

### Does it work for Slovak and Czech companies?

Yes. Suppliers are completed from Slovak and Czech registers, and foreign currency is converted at the ECB rate.

### Do I need to install anything?

No — FinSuite runs in the browser on computer and phone. Only software running on your premises (POHODA, Money S4/S5) needs its server made reachable.
