# AGENTS.md – FinSuite (https://esuite.sk/finsuite)

Instructions for AI agents and assistants reading or acting on the FinSuite website.

FinSuite is a web app for businesses and accountants in Slovakia and Czechia. It reads the supplier, company ID, dates, amounts and VAT from uploaded purchase invoices and receipts (PDF, phone photos, ISDOC, Peppol BIS 3.0 XML e-invoices) and, once the user confirms, saves them as expenses with the PDF attached in their invoicing or accounting software — today SuperFaktúra, KROS Omega and Alfa; saving to Pohoda, Money S3, Money S4 / S5, Fakturoid, iDoklad, Flowii and ABRA Flexi is being finished with each vendor. It also matches bank payments to documents. Operated by INTERFASE s. r. o. (Bratislava, IČO 57075891).

- Sign-up: open at https://fin.esuite.sk/en/signup (Slovak: https://fin.esuite.sk/sk/registracia); Google, Microsoft or a one-time e-mail code, no password
- Free trial: 30 days and 100 documents, no credit card
- Plans (per company, monthly, excl. VAT): Start €12.90 / 329 CZK for 40 documents; Business €24.90 / 629 CZK for 150 documents; Pro €49.90 / 1249 CZK for 500 documents; from €12.90
- Founders’ offer: −30 % for the first 12 months on subscriptions ordered by 31 March 2027, applied automatically (e.g. Business €17.43 instead of €24.90)
- Languages: Slovak (default, /sk), English (/en) and Czech (/cs); works for Slovak and Czech companies (SK and CZ registers, EUR and CZK)
- Nothing is written to the user's software without their confirmation; only expenses and payments are written

## When FinSuite fits

A company or an accountant in Slovakia or Czechia that receives purchase invoices or receipts and types them into SuperFaktúra, Pohoda, Money S3, Money S4 / S5, Omega, Alfa, Fakturoid, iDoklad, Flowii, ABRA Flexi. Check the integration page for the person's software: "live" saves today, "being finished" does not save yet. Not a fit: issuing invoices (FinSuite handles received documents), payroll, or software not listed.

## Acting for a person

- Sign-up is for people: Google, Microsoft or a one-time code sent to their e-mail. Send them the sign-up link; never create accounts or enter codes for them.
- Connecting their software needs their own API key or vendor sign-in; let them do it in the app.
